Russia to form nuclear fuel reserve for intl center at her own expense
Russia, at her own expense, will build a guaranteed reserve of nuclear fuel for the International Uranium Enrichment Center in Angarsk sufficient to load a 1,000 megawatt reactor twice, Russian Atomic Energy Agency (Rosatom) head Sergei Kiriyenko told the 51st general conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna.
