"Kazatomprom" and Grundfos Company, Denmark, have celebrated the 5-year anniversary of their cooperation

Today, on September 19, 2003, National Atomic Company (NAC) 'Kazatomprom' (Kazakhstan) and Grundfos Company (Denmark) have celebrated the 5-year anniversary of their cooperation. In honor of this date, the representatives of Grundfos Company gave the name trophy to the Vice-President of NAC 'Kazatomprom' Victor Yazikov as a symbol of recognition of NAC' Kazatomprom' as 'Partner of the Year' in export nomination.

Grundfos Company is the world top producer of submersible pumps. They are used at the production sites of NAC 'Kazatomprom' for injection of leaching solutions and production of pregnant solutions when uranium is produced by insitu-leaching method. Annual turnovers are of approximately 1 million euros.

As President of Grundfos Company Niels Due Jensen stated in his letter, he is 'very glad to witness the successful development and creative approach to the business and partnership. He also appreciated the cooperation of these two companies: 'We are very optimistic about our future and confident in the development and strengthening of our relations'.

The high appraisal from such world leaders as Grundfos Company is an acknowledgement of NAC Kazatomprom's success in cooperation with the world producers.
