On June 21, 2005, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial market and financial organization regulation and supervision registered issue of shares of JSC NAC Kazatomprom to the amount of 7 896 369 000,00 KZT and State Registration Certificate on Securities Issue №А3520 dated 21.06.05 was obtained. The Company shares have new identification number KZ1C35200019.

The registration procedure has been done due to increase of authorized capital stock and change of the Company legal status.

We remind that on April 13, 2005, Closed Joint Company National Atomic Company Kazatomprom was re-registered in Joint Stock Company National Atomic Company Kazatomprom.
