Kazakhstan Nuclear University, a part of NAC Kazatomprom JSC, opens its regular Winter School, the annual study-and-communication course for medium-level managers of the National Atomic Company.

Vladimir Shkolnik, the Chairman of the Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC, Marat Nietbayev, the General Director of the Mining Company LLP, Sergey Sushko, the General Director of Volkovgeology JSC, Oleg Vasilevskiy, the General Director of the Kazakhstan Nuclear University LLP and directors of the other companies took part in the opening ceremony of the III Winter School.

The Chairman of the Board in his greeting speech wished successful work to the course participants. He paid special attention on the current situation and Kazatomprom’s future development and the development of the domestic nuclear segment in general.

Winter School-2010 is held under the unusual title «The magic of the advanced technologies in the present-day world». More than 50 employees and scientists from all subsidiary and joint companies of the National Atomic Company are mastering the fundamentals of the project management and team work. One more important task of the Winter School is the formation of contacts between the employees of different enterprises of Kazatomprom located in different parts of Kazakhstan.

LANIT Education Center was invited as a partner in education. This network academy offered the unusual education form as a know-how. The computer equipment is set the conference hall with the installed multimedia simulator of project activity ТЕАМ КРD. This system, unlike the world analogies, uses the new technology «Projects management under risk and high level uncertainty conditions».

The authors of the exclusive training course are Andrey Zakhodyaychenko, the leading Russian trainer and the certified professional in the field of project management, and Rashid Azizov, the expert and consultant in human resources management who has been the author and designer of the unique training programs and methods for a number of leading domestic companies for more than 8 years.

Winter School-2010 will end on February 27 with the ceremony of certificate issue and award of the best attendees. Kazakhstan Nuclear University holds the annual Summer School where the young specialists working in the atomic industry improve their qualification.

 

Kazakhstan Nuclear University is specialized center for professional training and retraining of Kazatomprom staff. It was registered in September 2004.
