“Astana Solar”, Limited Liability Partnership is a subsidiary of JSC "National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom", created in 2011 for a joint Kazakh-French project for the development of solar energy technology in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the creation of a fully integrated production line of photovoltaic panels.
 

The project capacity of photovoltaic panels planned for release will be 60 MW with the expansion of production to 100 MW.
 The completion of construction is scheduled for December 2012, the output to the production capacity is planned for the first quarter of 2013.
