Selection by Specialized commission

Candidates pass an interview with the Head of Division.

The Commission evaluates the candidate, taking into account the test results and the interview with the Head of the Division; and then draw up a protocol on the candidates’ nomination.

The final decision on the employment is made by the Chairman of the Board.
