Kazatomprom takes part in KIOSH exhibition

From 24 – 26 May, 2022, representatives from NAC Kazatomprom JSC (“Kazatomprom” or “the Company”) took part in the 10th annual  Kazakhstan International Occupational Health and Safety Conference and Exhibition (“KIOSH”) 2022, held at the International Exhibition Center in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

Panel sessions and round tables were held during the exhibition, where Manas Iskakov, Managing Director for Health, Safety and Environment at Kazatomprom, spoke of the Company's industrial safety systems in the session on "Sustainable development of enterprises through the prism of the best practices of production leaders."

As part of the exhibition, the results of the "Senim-2022" national competition on occupational health and safety were announced, with Kazatomprom’s nominated operations among the contest winners in the category of "Best Occupational Safety Service", where Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC took first place and Semizbay-U LLP placed third.

The KIOSH exhibition is a unique platform for companies to share experiences and discuss the best international approaches to occupational health and safety.
