Mr. Yussupov manages operations of NAC Kazatomprom JSC (the “Company”), leads the Management Board of the Company, forms the development strategy, determines the prospects and directions of international cooperation and the personnel policy of Kazatomprom. He coordinates and controls the activities of chief officers and managing directors. Mr. Yussupov represents the interests of the Company in state, law enforcement, judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international organizations on all issues of the Company’s operations.

In 2001, he graduated from MIDDLE EAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY with a degree in Economics and Management. In 2007, he graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a master's degree in economic development management, and in 2015 from Harvard University with a master's degree in public administration.
He began his career in 2001 as Deputy Director for Marketing and Internal Audit Department in Turkuaz Group of Companies.
From 2003 to 2009, he worked at Demir Kazakhstan Bank JSC and Samruk-Kazyna Sovereign Wealth Fund JSC. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Yussupov worked as deputy director for investment policy at the RoK Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.
In 2010, he joined Kazatomprom as Corporate Finance and Treasury Director, and in 2015, he was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Kazatomprom.
From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of the RoK Vice Minister of the National Economy, and from March 2021 to October 2023, he held the position of the CEO of NC KAZAKH INVEST JSC.
On October 2, 2023, he was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Mr. Yussupov does not have any joint appointments.
Functional responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall result of the production block in the following areas: effective management of uranium mining and exploration, nuclear fuel cycle (NFC) and nuclear technologies, as well as radioactive waste (RW) management, liquidation and reclamation of dead uranium pits, decommissioning of nuclear installations, management of accountable assets, specialized subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter – S&As) in order to ensure the safe operation of the Company, minimize greenhouse gas emissions from production activities and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060 in accordance with the ESG principles, maximize economic value added, diversify, modernize and efficient management of the Company's production assets.
Ensures work to increase the number of scientific developments, assists in creating strategic alliances with leading world and republican scientific centers, building up the intellectual and human scientific potential of the Company.
Controls and implements the Company's decarbonization program.

K. Omarbekov is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was born in 1986.
In 2007 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a bachelor's degree in finance; in 2014 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University with a bachelor's degree in law; in 2017 he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with the qualification "Master of Business Administration"; and in 2022 he graduated from Satpayev Kazakh National Research Technical University with a degree in metallurgy and enrichment of minerals.
He began his labor activity in the nuclear industry in 2011 as a logistics engineer in the TTK branch Kazatomonerkasip zholdary. In the period from 2018 to 2022, he worked as the General Director of KAP Logistics LLP (formerly Trade and Transport Company LLP), since December 2022 he has been holding the position of the General Director of JV Akbastau JSC.
In June 2023, he was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Since June 29, 2023, he has been a member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Functional responsibilities:
As part of the implementation of the mission and development priorities of NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter - the Company), CCO is responsible for sales management in the Company and subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter S&As), including the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, and CCO also ensures the implementation of key strategic initiatives, including the transformation of sales functions, organization of the trading company's activities.
Responsible for developing and implementation (together with other functions) of the Development strategy of the Company and S&As, policies and measures in the field of sustainable development and for the developing and implementation of policies and measures in the field of asset management, business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organization and implementation of the process of strategic and operational asset management.

D. Kosherbayev is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was born in 1988.
In 2011, he graduated from Hult International Business School (UK) with a degree in Business Management; in 2022, he received a master's degree at Nazarbayev University in Public Administration.
He began his career in 2011 at Kamkor Management LLP as the chief manager of the investment policy department.
He began his career in the nuclear industry in 2016 at NAC Kazatomprom JSC as a manager of the Corporate Governance Department, and then he was the M&A Head of Business Development Department. In the period from 2019 to 2020, he held the position of Deputy Executive Director at JV KATCO LLP, a subsidiary of Kazatomprom.
In July 2021, he was appointed to the position of the Sales Director of Kazatomprom; in June 2023, he became the Chief Commercial Officer of Kazatomprom. Since June 29, 2023, he has been a member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
D. Kosherbayev does not have other part-time jobs.

In accordance with the main priorities of the business development strategy and taking into account market requirements, manages the financial activities of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, responsible for the formation of investment policy, management of the investment portfolio to maintain the financial stability of the Company, maximize profits and achieve target values strategic indicators, monitors projects to improve and optimize the work of the financial unit, provides the necessary financial resources to divisions, provides the Management Board, Board of Directors, government agencies, investors and other concerned parties with complete, reliable, high-quality financial and management information on all aspects of the Company’s activities.

Sultan Temirbayev began his career in 2008 as a specialist in the accounting department of Zhana Temirzhol LLP. In 2009-2011 period, he worked as a specialist in the investment department at ENRC Logistics LLP. Afterwards, over the years he worked at Kazakhstan Freight Company LLP, Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. LLP and Odyssey Investments Group LLP in various positions, including management ones. In 2020, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at JV Inkai LLP (a joint venture of NAC Kazatomprom JSC).
On 28 August 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Since 28 September 2023, he is the member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Mr. Temirbayev has no part-time job.
Responsible for human resource management, including determining the strategic priorities of the HR function, the level of involvement and effectiveness of personnel. Executes and controls the work in the field of occupational safety of the Company and S&As, in the field of employees’ safety and health management, industrial safety, environmental protection, nuclear and radiation safety.

In 2003 he graduated from the Almaty College of Communications at the Kazakh-American University with a degree in Computer Science, Communication Networks and Switching Systems, in 2007 - Satbayev University with a degree in Multichannel Telecommunication Systems.
He began his career in 2004 in the structure of enterprises of Kazakhtelecom JSC as an electrician of linear structures. He has extensive experience in the field of designing telecommunication systems for the representative office of Iskratel LLC, as well as in the field of support and development of information systems as the Technical Support Director and Deputy Chair of the Management Board of NBK Banking Service Bureau JSC. He has seven years of experience in the nuclear industry in senior positions at Bailanys-NAC LLP and KAP Technology LLP. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of General Director of KAP Technology LLP.
In May 2021, he was appointed as the Chief HR and Digitalization Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Since 21 August 2023, he has been the Chief HR and HSE Officer, Member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Mr. Aldongarov has no part-time job.

In the period from 2021 to 2023, he worked as Deputy Director for Procurement of the branch of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC “Directorate of trunk network” and Managing Director for Operations of KEGOC JSC.
