In the frame of the Symposium the Head of National Company held bilateral negotiations with foreign partners. Particularly, Askar Zhumagaliyev met with Tim Gitzel, President of Cameco, Olivier Vonso, Chief executive vice-president of AREVA, Vassiliy Konstantinov, President of Uranium One and others. During the meetings they discussed a different aspects of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of nuclear energy. It should be noted, that Kazatomprom has long-term and fruitful relationship with that companies.
The Head of National Company invited its collegues to participate in International specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017 and present their innovative technologies for solving of energy issues.
Askar Zhumagaliyev also visited specialized international exhibition, which was held in the framework of WNA Symposium and acquainted with expositions of nuclear enterprisers. Kazatomprom presented its exhibition stand along with the largest word companies.
Specialized WNA Forum is the famous communication platform, which gives an opportunity to establish business contacts, strength further mutually beneficial cooperation, discuss topical questions of nuclear industry. More than 600 specialist from 30 word countries took part in the event, among them managers and representatives of state authorities, international and social organizations, leading companies of nuclear energy field.
