The first “Leaders’ school-2016” of NAC “Kazatomprom” JSC was inaugurated in Almaty oblast on March 14. The event is conducted in order to improve managerial skills and training of leaders of a new formation, able to solve ambitious tasks and become drivers of transformation of a national company. Representatives of personnel reserve, managers of a medium and basic level of Holding’s enterprises participated in the work of this School. The event was organized by Kazatomprom’s corporate university “Kazakhstan Nuclear University”.
Participants will develop and improve leadership skills, examine steady improvement systems (Kaizen method), get knowledge and skills on business processes management, cost reduction and increasing the quality of manufactured products.
Closing ceremony will be held on March 17, during which the participants will receive certificates; promotional gifts and a cup of “Leaders’ school-2016” will be awarded to the team-winner.
For further training of young and promising specialists of nuclear industry, Kazakhstan Nuclear University annually holds “School for young specialists”.
