A fire broke out in the dormitory of accommodation camp of Volkovgeology JSC (a subsidiary of NAC Kazatomprom JSC) in Suzak district of Turkestan region on February 23, 2019. Emergency response system went off and all workers were evacuated. No casualties were reported. The causes and circumstances of the fire will be determined during the investigation.
