According to The Talentist, an independent study conducted by the international consulting company ANCOR, National Atomic Company Kazatomprom has been ranked among the top three most attractive employers in Kazakhstan. Kazatomprom headed the list within its sector - the mining and metallurgical industry.
The study evaluated major companies in the country based on their appeal to job seekers, corporate culture, opportunities for professional growth, and the stability of working conditions. In the overall ranking, Kazatomprom was surpassed only by companies in the oil and gas sector - TCO and KPO.
