Tomorrow, on October 18, auction to sell “Ulba resort area” LLP, 100% participation share in the shared equity of which belongs to “Ulba Metallurgical Plant” JSC – subsidiary of “Kazatomprom” NAC” JSC.
Electronic reverse auction without establishing the minimum price will start at 12:00 am Astana time on the web-portal of the Public property register www.gosreestr.kz.
Auction will be held in accordance with the Unified rules for implementation restructuring of assets by “Samruk-Kazyna” National Welfare Fund” Joint Stock Company and organizations over fifty percent of voting shares (participation shares) of which directly or indirectly belong to “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC on the right of ownership, approved by the resolution of the Board of Directors of “Samruk-Kazyna” JSC and Regulation for conducting e-procurements for the sales of property on the web-portal of the public property register.
“Ulba resort area” LLP, established in 2004 owns “Sibiny” resort area located in the East Kazakhstan region, 75 kilometers from Ust-Kamenogorsk, on the shore of “Tort-kara” lake. The activities of the enterprise include organization of recreation and conducting cultural and recreational activities. Resort area includes the land site with the area of 6,5 ha, buildings and structures with the total area of 3366 sq.m, lodges for resort (for 3, 5, 6 and 7 persons) and other household buildings.
Sales of subsidiaries and affiliates are performed in order to increase the cost of “Kazatomprom” NAC” JSC by exclusion of non-profile assets and focus of the company’s activities on the nuclear industry.
