A joint venture of JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC «Ulba metallurgical plant” put on sale 100% of shares of “Ulba recreation center” LTD.
“Ulba recreation center” LTD owns a «Sibiny» recreation facility which is located in a Western Kazakhstan region 75 kilometers away from regional center Ust-Kamenogorsk city on the lakeside of ‘Tort-kala”. The facility’s activity is mostly related to organizing cultural and recreational events.
Online auction to increase the price of sale starts on August 16 year 2016 at 12:00 am GMT+6 on a web portal of State Property Register www.gosreestr.kz. Starting price of “Ulba recreation center” LTD is 345 509 000 kzt.
The auction will be organized according to Unified terms of selling and restructuring of assets by joint stock company “National welth fund “Samruk-Kazyna” and the organizations with more than 50% of shares owned or related to «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC on property rights, approved by the decision of Board of Directors of «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC and the Regulations of online auction of selling the assets on a web portal of a state property register.
A sale of joint ventures is made to increase the price of JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom» by by removal of a non-core assets and focusing the operations of the company on a nuclear area.
