Ulba Metallurgical Plant JSC, the subsidiary enterprise of NAC Kazatomprom JSC, declares auction for sale of 100% participatory interest in the charter capital of Ulba Recreation Center LLP.
Dutch auction, without the minimum price set, starts on October 18, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. (Astana time) at the State Property Register’s web portal www.gosreestr.kz.
Action will take place in compliance with the Unified Rules for sale and restructuring of assets by Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC and organizations where over 50% of voting shares (participatory interests) directly or indirectly belong to Samruk-Kazyna, on the right of ownership or under trust management, approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of Samruk-Kazyna and Rules for e-auction on property sale on the website of the State Property Register.
Ulba Recreation Center LLP, established in year 2004, owns Sibiny recreation facility located in Eastern Kazakhstan region, 75 kilometers from Ust-Kamenogorsk city, on the shores of Tort-kara Lake. The facility’s activity is mostly related to organizing cultural and recreational events. Recreation facility includes a land plot of 6.5 ha in square, buildings and constructions of total square of 3,366 m2, rest houses (for 3, 5, 6 and 7 persons) and other household buildings.
Sale of subsidiary and affiliated organizations is aimed at increasing the Company's value through non-core assets withdrawal and focusing on the nuclear sector.
